Not only do these recipes taste great, and boost your energy, but they are packed with oats, brewers yeast and flax seed, which are ingredients known to naturally support milk supply, called‘Galactagogues’.
Recipe: Heat oven to 175 degrees. Empty mix into a bowl, add a cup butter (115g) and 1 egg and mix thoroughly. Shape into 15 –18 equal sized balls (or use a cookie scoop) and squash onto a lined baking sheet, allowing a little room to spread. Bake for 12-14 minutes, till set on the edges and golden brown. Leave on tray for 5 minutes then transfer to cooking rack. Store cookies in an air tight container for 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
Storage instructions:Store mix in a cool dry place and use by date on pack.
Ingredients when made up as above: Unsalted Butter (Cows’ milk), wholemeal flour (wheatflour), white chocolate chips (13%) (minimum cocoa solids 28%, contains soya), oats, unrefined sugar, egg, freeze dried raspberries (2%), brewers yeast, flax seed, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla extract
Allergens(complete recipe): Milk, Wheat, Soya, Egg. May contain traces of nuts as made in a kitchen that handles nuts. Make a dairy free option: Replace butter with your favourite nut butter.
Brewers Yeast should not consumed by those allergic to yeast.
