Delivery & Returns

Tiered and Boxed Gifts

  • Regular Delivery- £4.50 All orders should be received by recipient within approx 3-5 working days. Upon dispatch you will receive an email confirming postage. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday morning. If you need your purchase quicker please get in touch and we will try our best to get it out sooner to you. However, if you need it next day, please select express delivery at checkout.
  • Express Delivery- £6.95 All express orders must be placed before 11am to be received within 2 working days by recipient. In most cases this will be next day but it can't be guaranteed.

Cards and Prints

  • Postage for these items is Royal Mail first class and will be posted on the next working day after order is received.
  • Cost for postage of these items is £1.50.

  

Gifts direct to recipient

  • Please specify upon checkout (in notes section) if your item is a gift to be sent directly to recipient so we ensure the invoice is removed.

  

Returns

  • Should you not be happy with your purchase (and we sincerely hope this isn’t the case), please inform us within 7 days of receipt via email (returns@tommyandrex.com) and we will gladly refund you or offer an exchange upon return of your purchase (under conditions stated below).
  • Items that have been worn or used will not be refunded. All returns must arrive back to us in the same condition they have been sent out, in a saleable condition (except for damaged items). All items contained within cakes and boxes must all be present. Any missing part returns will be sent back to you in this condition and a refund will not be issued.
  • The cost and risk of returning an item to us is at your discretion and we are not responsible for any items that go missing or get damaged on return. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received at Tommy&REX as a return.
  • Upon receipt of the item our team will inspect it and then contact you with information about your refund. Please allow 2-3 working days for this.
  • If you find your item faulty (again we hope this not to be the case) we will offer a full refund. Please let us know via email within 3 days of receiving your item. All above principles apply for return.
